This is an annual and important meeting where League Members elect new members to the Board of Directors, approve the upcoming budget, and review our local League positions and programs. We need a quorum to conduct business. Your attendance is important! The meeting begins promptly at 4 PM at Legacy Hall with a 30-minute business portion, followed by our guest panel. Light refreshments will be served.

-In 1979 the Office of Community Development was created, and the focus was to improve substandard housing and neighborhood conditions.
- In 1988 the Office of Housing and Community Development was established to further define the focus to include housing projects and programs.
- In 2016 the Office of Housing and Community Development was renamed "Housing" and became a Division of James City County's Department of Social Services. The current mission of Housing is to address affordable housing needs and work closely with federal, state, other local agencies, community organizations and the private sector to offer a wide range of housing assistance services to low- and moderate-income County residents to provide safe, decent, affordable housing. Established in 1965, CDR provides early intervention services for babies, young children and their families. Whether a child is facing developmental delays, a lack of resources, or other special needs, CDR is there to provide the support necessary for that child and family to succeed. Services are also provided to expectant moms, fathers, childcare providers, and training for early childhood professionals.

Olde Towne Medical & Dental Center was formed in 1993 to address the needs of Greater Williamsburg's uninsured and medically underserved residents. It was established as a public-private, non-profit, 501(c)3 agency with a mission "to provide quality, cost-effective, coordinated and preventative primary health care to clients, regardless of ability to pay." Today OTMDC, a Rural Health Center, is operated as a family practice led by an Executive Director, Medical Director, Clinical Director and Dental Director.
