Two leading experts on the international law of armed conflict, Professors Geoff Corn (Texas Tech) and Ryan Goodman (NYU),
will discuss the legality of U.S. actions in and around Venezuela, including the use of force against alleged narcotics traffickers,
the abduction of Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro for trial in the United States, the seizing of oil tankers, and the prospects
for continuing U.S. intervention.
