March with the League in the W&M Homecoming Parade! 🎉

The League is excited to once again join the William & Mary Homecoming Parade in downtown Williamsburg! This lively tradition brings together students, alumni, and community groups — and it’s a wonderful way for us to show the League’s presence and spirit.

We’d love for you to join us! Here are the details:

• When: Parade begins at 4:00 pm; please arrive by 3:15 pm at our designated staging area.

• Route: About 1 mile (you’ll need to be able to walk this distance unassisted).

• Duration: Plan to be with us until about 5:00 or 5:30 pm.

• What to wear: League buttons or purple/white clothing if you have them.

• League Supporters & Friends of League members are welcome to march. Invite a friend!

We will have our League banner and a vintage car carrying a few members, with the rest of us walking behind. Marchers hand out small American flags to the crowd — a fun way to build enthusiasm for civic engagement!

This is more than a parade — it’s a chance to highlight the League as a vibrant partner with William & Mary in promoting student voting and strengthening our community presence.
